Software subscription

All of our premium software comes with an initial one-year subscription. This means you can download updates and get private access to the support forum for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and gaining private access to the support forum. But this subscription has nothing to do with the uses of the software at your window. You can use it on your site for as long as you want without renewing your subscription.

Our software is guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of Windows. We cannot guarantee that they will work with all third-party components. We reserve the right to reject support requests for issues that arise after modifying software files or installing third-party software.

Software support consists of helping you install, configure and tweak your software, and making small changes to make the siftware better suited to your needs.

Our software is developed and fine-tuned for Windows 7 or above, any earlier version may have issues with certain software features. Refund Policy
